Add extra peace of mind to your order with FailSafe Protection. This option gives you the possibility to replace your foam solution under the FailSafe conditions.
What is FailSafe Protection?
FailSafe Protection is an optional service that can be selected when ordering your foam insert. Creating the perfect fitting inlay may take multiple tries, this is where our failsafe option comes in handy.
Starting from €7,99
FailSafe Protection is available starting from €7,99, depending on the selected (case)foam.
30 days after receiving your order
The FailSafe option can be used within 30 days after receiving your order.
Choose FailSafe when ordering
Select the FailSafe option at the moment you place your foam order to activate the protection.
A new replacement foam
FailSafe Protection entitles you to one new replacement foam under the applicable conditions.
FailSafe Terms
Please review the conditions below before using the FailSafe option.
To make use of the FailSafe option, the Return Material Authorization (RMA) form must be completed.
FailSafe is no longer valid after the 30-day period has expired.
Shipping costs for returning the old foam are the responsibility of the customer.
FailSafe designs with larger dimensions than the original foam may be subject to an additional charge.
FailSafe lead times are the same as our regular lead times.
