Production & Shipping Questions
Where does the foam come from?
The foam is produced and processed into the final product in the Netherlands.
Where do the waterproof cases come from?
MAX, HPRC, Explorer and Panaro cases originate from Italy.
PELI and B&W cases originate from Germany.
SKB and Seahorse cases originate from the United States.
Nanuk cases originate from Canada.
When will I receive my product?
Our production time is approximately 15 working days. After production, the order will be shipped, and delivery then depends on the shipping transit time. Please visit our shipping page for more information.
Where are you located if we want to pick up our order?
Our office is located at Edisonstraat 59C, 2723 RS, Zoetermeer, The Netherlands, in the Foam Studio office.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, collection may be possible depending on your order. We recommend contacting our team in advance so we can confirm timing and pickup details.
Designing Questions
How much margin should I keep around my products?
We recommend keeping 1 mm of margin around your product for a snug fit and 2 to 3 mm of margin for a looser fit.
What should I do if I made a mistake in my design?
If your order has not yet been delivered, please contact our customer support as soon as possible at contact@mycasebuilder.eu.
If you have already received your order and added failsafe protection, the impact of small design mistakes may be reduced. If you are unsure, please contact us so we can review the situation with you.
Can you create the design for me?
Yes. Through our ProDesign page, you can contact us and we will help you create a design that is as practical and suitable for production as possible.
What if I am not sure whether my design is producible?
If you are unsure whether your design can be manufactured as intended, we recommend contacting our team before placing your order. We can help review the layout and suggest adjustments if needed.
