Not Happy With Your Product?
We want our return policy to be clear and simple. Because some of our products are made to order, different rules apply depending on the item.
What Can Be Returned?
Opened Empty Cases
Opened Empty Cases can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in acceptable condition. Please contact customer support before sending anything back.
Unopened / Standard Products
Unopened standard products can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Custom Foam / Premade Designs
Custom designed foam inlays and premade designs are made specifically to your measurements and design. Because these products are custom-made, they cannot be returned or refunded.
