In our Foam Studio office, we have recently upgraded our production hall with a whole range of new machines and equipment. This gives us more production capacity and allows us to create custom foam inserts with even better quality, while also reducing the time it takes to produce them.

We have grown from 3 waterjet cutting machines and 1 CNC milling machine to an impressive 5 waterjets and 3 CNC milling machines. This means we can handle more projects at the same time and keep up with the growing demand for custom foam solutions.

But that is not all. We have also added a new gluing machine and a recycling machine to our production line. The recycling machine has even earned its own nickname in the workshop: Cookie Monster. It helps us recycle leftover foam material and give it a new purpose instead of simply throwing it away.

With all these new machines, our production team can work faster and more efficiently while keeping the quality of every foam inlay high. Whether it is a custom foam insert for a camera case, tools, electronics or other valuable equipment, we are always looking for ways to improve the way we design and produce our foam solutions.

It is a big step forward for our Foam Studio, and we are excited to see what we can create with our upgraded production line. There is plenty more to come, so keep an eye on our latest updates!
