We want all of our MyCaseBuilder users to love their orders, so we include Do-Over Protection with every purchase.

If after you receive your order, you discover a design mistake that made things fit incorrectly, Do-Over Protection will allow you to revise your custom foam design and have it recreated for you for 50% of the original purchase price.

To redeem your Do-Over Protection, please fill out the Return Authorization Form below. Once we approve your request we will email you with additional instructions including:

• Your Return Authorization Number
• Instructions for returning your unwanted foam
• Instructions for creating and naming your new design
• Instructions for authorizing us to move forward with fabrication of your new design
  PLEASE NOTE: All special fabrication instructions you may have will be able to be provided at this point.
