How Does MyCaseBuilder Work?

With our online Case Foam Builder, you can easily design a fully customized foam insert for your case, drawer, or any other application.

First, choose a suitable case or select custom foam only. Next, add the items you want to protect. Our extensive shape library contains thousands of products and standard shapes. Can’t find your item? Simply upload a photo. The software automatically traces its contours, after which you only need to enter the correct dimensions and depth.

All cutouts can easily be moved, rotated, and fitted with finger notches. The interactive 3D preview instantly shows you what the finished foam insert will look like.

Want to use the full depth of your case? The Tray Builder allows you to divide the interior into up to three removable layers. For example, you can place equipment in the upper tray and store accessories, cables, or batteries underneath.

Once your design is complete, select your preferred foam type and place your order. We carefully review your design before producing the custom foam insert with precision.
